My name is Rob Fornango. I have worked as an analyst and researcher for over 25 years, designing and executing original research projects. Over the last 17 years, I have also hired and trained analysts in multiple industries, ranging from entry-level specialists to director level team-leads and tenured university faculty. I understand what it takes to do the work, and I understand the staffing required to get it done.
In my last corporate position, I spent a decade interviewing, hiring, and training analysts and project support staff for a division of nearly 100 FTE. I oversaw analytic teams as large as 22 reports, with subcontractor teams of a similar size. Additionally, I have a strong track record for identifying staff who not only succeed in their roles, but excel and advance with their teams.
