Invoice Tool Download #

The file download for the F1 Analytics Invoice Tool consists of a zip folder with the following items:

Supported Operating Systems #
The Invoice Tool is currently available for Windows 32-bit and 64-bit operating systems running Microsoft Excel 2010 desktop or higher. Currently, the Invoice Tool does not support any MAC OS.
Installation #
To install the Invoice Tool, copy the .xlsm file to the location where you would like to store the application (e.g., your desktop, company folder, etc.). Double-click on the .xlsm file to launch the application.
End User License Agreement #
The End User License Agreement (EULA) will appear for your review. Please read the EULA and check the box to accept the terms of the EULA to continue with the installation. The EULA page on our website is located here: End User License Agreement.
Setting the Application Folder Location #
During the activation process, you will set the application folder location. The application folder location will hold two (2) subfolders:
- Company Items: used to hold a copy of the user-defined logo image for the invoice order form
- PDF Invoices: used as the location to save any PDFs of invoices generated by the tool.
The application folder location can be changed after installation in Admin -> User Settings (see below). Please note the Invoice Tool will create the necessary subfolders if they do not already exist in the Application Folder path.
Initial Check for Updates #
The Invoice Tool will automatically check for any application updates during the license activation process. If an update is available, users will be prompted to download and install the update. Users who choose not to update their application may still download the update file and install the update at their convenience from Admin -> Version & Updates.
