Customize Header & Footer

Customizing the Header #

On the Order Form worksheet, the invoice form header and footer are customizable. To begin customizing the header, click on the Customize Header button on the F1 Analytics tab of the ribbon.

The header elements that can have custom formatting include the following:

  • Company Name
  • Address
  • City, State, and ZIP
  • Phone Number
  • Website
  • Logo (resizing only)


If the written text of the company name, address, city/state/zip, phone number, and website need to be edited (e.g., the name of your company changes), this should be done on the Admin -> Company Info settings.

The figure below shows which elements can be adjusted when customizing the header.

The text boxes in the header can be customized by selecting the box to edit, and editing the Font settings on the Home tab of the ribbon. Customization includes:

  • Font type (e.g., Calibri, Arial, Helvetica, etc.)
  • Bold-Facing, Italics, Underlining
  • Font size
  • Font color
  • Textbox borders
  • Textbox background fill
  • Location on the Order Form

Once the header elements are customized to your liking, click on Lock Header on the F1 Analytics tab on the ribbon to lock the formatting in and prevent any unwanted changes to the header.

Removing a Header Element #

If there is a header element that you do not wish to retain on the Order Form, please clear out any text from the associated cell in the Admin -> Company Info settings. The box will still be present, but will not show on the header.

The block of text on the bottom left side of the invoice Order Form is also customizable. Users may type any messages or information desired into this block of text. To insert a carriage return/line feed/new line, please use Alt+Enter. The figure below shows a customized footer example.
