Overview #

On the Admin worksheet, the Company Overview is accessed by clicking the corresponding cell in the vertical menu on the left. This section of the Invoice Tool contains several important pieces of information:

  • Company contact information used to automatically populate the Order Form header.
  • The logo image to be included in the Order Form header

Users should complete this section of the Invoice Tool before attempting to create any invoices.

To add a logo to the Order Form, go to Admin -> Company Info and click on the Add Logo button and navigate to the image file you want to use as the logo. Select the file and click Open.

The Invoice Tool will copy the image file into the Application Folder -> Company Items subfolder (see Admin -> User Settings for the path to the Application Folder). The image will be added to both the Admin worksheet and the Order Form. See Customize Header for instructions on how to edit the header elements.

To clear a logo, go to Admin -> Company Info and click on the Clear Logo button. The existing logo will be cleared from the Invoice Tool, however, the image file will remain in the Application Folder -> Company Items subfolder.
