The Client List worksheet contains the following fields with contact information for each client in the system.

| Client_ID | The unique Client Id assigned when a new client is added to the system. |
| Client_Name | The client name specified as <<Last Name, First Name>>. this field is the concatenation of Last Name or Business Name and First Name from the Add Client form, unless First Name is blank (i.e., where a company name is specified in the Last Name or Business Name field). Included on the Order Form worksheet. |
| Client_Phone | The client phone number. Included on the Order Form worksheet. |
| Client_Email | The client email address. Included on the Order Form worksheet. |
| Client_Address | The client street address, including apartment/suite numbers. Included on the Order Form worksheet. |
| Client_City | The client city. Included on the Order Form worksheet. |
| Client_State | The client two-letter state abbreviation. Included on the Order Form worksheet. |
| Client_Zip | The client ZIP Code. Included on the Order Form Worksheet. |
