Add New Invoice

A new invoice is added by clicking on the Add New Invoice button on the F1 Analytics tab of the Ribbon.

When a new invoice is added, the Invoice Tool will automatically perform the following actions:

  • Clear the Order Form of any data from existing invoices (all existing invoice data is retained in the Invoice List and Invoice Items worksheet.
  • Reset the Invoice Date and Due Date to today’s date
  • Clear the invoice number (this will be assigned by the Invoice Tool when a new invoice is saved and should not be assigned by the user).
