A Vendor can be added to the system by clicking on the Vendors button, and selecting Add Vendor, on the F1 Analytics tab on the ribbon.
The Add Vendor Form will appear, and the user can enter information about the vendor.
- Vendor Name: used to capture businesses or individuals acting as vendors
- Street Address: includes apartment #, suite #, building #, etc.
- Vendor State: uses a drop down list to ensure entries are consistent.
After entering all information, click on Submit to add the vendor to the system.
One (1) field is required when adding a vendor: Vendor Name. Users must include a value for this field before the vendor can be saved in the system.
